Primrose & Tumbleweeds is happy to accommodate events for parties up to 100 people. In order to provide you with the best possible planning and coordination, we recommend that you contact us at least 2 weeks prior to your event. In some circumstances we can book last minute events but it is best to plan at least 2 weeks in advance.
For parties of 20 people or more we recommend that you pre-order your food. Once you contact us with the basic details of your event our Event Coordinator will be in contact and will send you the event menus. If you are planning a sit down meal for your event we are happy to work with our chefs to come up with personalized options depending on your budget. We request pre-payment of food and gratuity of 18% is added
We are happy to discuss options for payment for drinks. Some parties prefer that guests pay for their own drinks, some prefer to host a limited number of drinks per person and some prefer to pre-purchase bottles to have open on the tables. We are flexible in meeting your needs with regards to the drinks and our Event Coordinator is happy to discuss this with you when confirming the details of your event. Like you, we want your event to be as special as possible and having these things determined ahead of time makes it seamless for your guests.

The Tumbleweeds Saloon is a unique venue. Our Speakeasy is available for private parties up to 25 adults (21 and over) inside and with appropriate weather up to 100 adults, opening up to the outdoor patio The Saloon is 21 and over only.
Our meeting room is available for private parties up to 25. With wifi, a free standing projection screen and a whiteboard this is a flexible space available for meetings, networking events, or can be decorated for a party. We are happy to collaborate with you on menu and beverages to make your event special. Call us with your preferred date(s), approximate number of people and a little bit about your event. Our Event Coordinator will call you to discuss the specifics and get your party or event planned.
